CHRISTMAS COOKIE CONTAINERS
I made these containers for my husband’s co-workers. Every year, their office hosts a Christmas Party. This is the time we give a little something to each individual families that we created a good relationship with. The family names were stuck outside the containers using vinyl. I made use of my very reliable machine cutter for this. I also put store bought cookies for these. If you have the extra time, freshly baked cookies would be great!
Our family is a part of our Church small groups. There are several families that are members in the same group and the kids’ ages range from 5 to teens. For the older children (13 to 17), I made these candy containers for them. I placed M&Ms inside because we never get wrong with chocolates right?
My Silhouette Cameo has been very useful in all of these projects. I cut a gold silhouette of an elf and the names of the people I gave the gift to. The gift tags were also a product of my super awesome cutter using the print and cut feature!
HOT CHOCOLATE MUGS
This is a simple gift idea. Although you can buy a lot of these in the grocery, there is still something special when you make it yourself. I placed individual chocolate mixes, marshmallows and sugar stirrer inside these mugs. It was packed individually inside a Christmas loot bag along with a DIY Personalized Christmas Tags.
CHRISTMAS ETCHED COFFEE CUP
I have been etching different kinds of glassware and it has been a great gift every time. These are tiny coffee cups that I etched. These were given to my kid’s Teachers for Christmas. I placed some small Hershey bars inside and sealed it with a small cork coaster. A ribbon was used to finish it off and attached a DIY Personalized Christmas Tags. If you want to know how to etch a glass container, check out the tutorial here.
CHRISTMAS ETCHED DRINKING GLASS
This is another etched glass idea. I made a tutorial of this a few years ago. You can put anything inside like chocolates, newly-baked cookies, etc. Pack it in a Christmas designed loot bag and finish it off with a pretty ribbon.
