Sand Play is a very good activity for children. Not only does it helps develop their motor and cognitive skills but also it enhances their creativity and imagination.
I have always wanted my children to play with sand. I just did not want to buy the expensive sandboxes in the market.

As I was cleaning our storage room yesterday, I found a 30-quart flat plastic storage box. Then, it clicked that I can use this for their sand play.
I asked my husband to buy a Quikrete Playsand which he only got for $2.50 from Lowes. It may cost more if you order online. It’s heavy and you may need help carrying it. (Tip: If you’re going to carry it yourself, you can use Magnacart . This thing has already helped me a lot in carrying things around the house.)
